Bringing New Energy and Creating New Dynamics | CIDE 2023 Successfully Concluded
29-Mar-2023The 20th China International Door Industry Exhibition and the 8th China International Integrated and Customised Home Furnishing Exhibition (CIDE 2023), organized by China National Forest Products Industry Association, China Timber & Wood Products Distribution Association, GL events, China International Exhibition Center Group Co., Ltd., took place successfully in China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall), Beijing from March 19 to 22, 2023.
CIDE, as a practitioner in the door and home furnishing industry for twenty years, brought us a long-expected industry event for in-depth communication, trade matching and new product launch with the missions of promoting free trade, creating vitality and accelerating full recovery of the entire industry chain in China.
Creating New Energy for the Industry¡¯s Quality Development
The home furnishing and building materials industry is facing a great deal of positive changes in 2023. China pursues the high-quality development of the industry by releasing favorable policies that boost consumption and confidence. In 2023, with the theme of ¡°Rebirth: Building up Momentum¡±, CIDE has further increased the interaction between exhibitors and visitors, improved efficiency of cooperation and negotiation, and promote brand value. The 4-day exhibition attracted nearly 140,000 visitors including distributors, agents, real estate buyers, designers and other professional visitors across China to discover abundant business opportunities.
Liu Jie, general manager of Beijing Liming Group Aijia Gaoding, said, ¡°The exhibition is suitable for us because we have a national green factory in Beijing Yizhuang and a sample outlet in Shunyi. CIDE fits us very much, since distributors can visit my store as well as my factory.¡±
Hao Qiang, the operation director of Jinbolai Door, believes ¡°CIDE is a mature established exhibition that lasted for years. Some of top brands are the frequent exhibitors at CIDE. Jinbolai also follows the suit to publish our , and thus improve our status in the industry. We seek to grow healthily with the door and customization industry.¡±

Creating a Frontier for Launching New Door and Customized Products
CIDE is committed to building a quality platform that leads the trend of high-end customization in China¡¯s decoration industry. Covering the entire industry chain from doors and customization to integrated home furnishing, the exhibition showcased wooden doors, customized home furnishing, integrated home furnishing, door, wall and cabinet integration, doors and windows system, high-end doors, and intelligent home. It¡¯s gradually become a high-end platform to display and trade new products, new design, new equipment, new technology and new materials, promoting the continuous upgrading of each part of the industry chain.
Aijia Gaoding High-end whole-house customization, under its brand concept of ¡°customize future lifestyle¡±, is committed to providing Chinese elites with integrated home furnishing solutions including wood doors, wallboards, closets, cabinets, soft furnishings and smart homes. At the exhibition, it launched three series of products, namely solid wood veneers with water-based paint, powder coating and excimer, which are mainstream products of high-end customization. The boards were all upgraded to E0, F4 and ENF formaldehyde-free, and the products were highly received by consumers for their great color, design and function.
Leading the trendy life and defining uniqueness, Jinqishi Wooden Doors highlighted texture and aesthetics in an Italian style. All products used water-based paint imported from ARCOLOR, Switzerland. Its patented T-shaped wooden doors incorporated the simplicity of Italian design.
Zhixiang Doors emphasized simplistic, fashionable products that used water-based paint. Through independent R&D, it created China¡¯s first door chip which enables order management and tracking, so that users can follow up the progress from placing the order, to the selection of materials, processing, packaging, and transportation. This helped achieve real-time interaction with the users, and make users assured.
Attracting Flocks of Professional Buyers from Different Places
CIDE 2023 attracted many distributors and agents who were seeking high quality products and services to explore business opportunities. During the exhibition, distributors, agents, designers, engineers, as well as real estate developers, media, associations and other professional visitors from across China visited the exhibition. The organizers hosted activities in association with local industry associations and home building materials markets for different groups of professional visitors from Hebei, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Shaanxi, Shanxi and other places to seek business opportunities and learning.
Mr. Wang, an integrated home customization distributor from Tianjin, noted, ¡°This trip proved to be fruitful. I saw a range of novel products, and I was impressed by the cabinets, doors, hardware; I also found some potential partners for later cooperation.¡±
Ms. Han, a home customization designer from Hebei, said, ¡°The exhibition shows many categories of products. Many of them are novel with remarkable designs, and can give us a lot of inspiration. We can learn about the industry¡¯s latest trends. It made me feel great.¡±
Mr. Zhang, a manufacturer from Guangdong Shunde, said, ¡°I am amazed by the extensive door and wall supply chain, including carbon crystal plates, which we never used before. The exhibition covers three different ranges, from high-end to middle and low-end, which also inspired us in terms of supply chain.¡±

2023 China Key Forest Products Double Carbon Goals Implementation and Brand Building Forum was held on the morning of March 19, with the mission of making the country powerful and prosperous with quality and industry. It aimed to fully implement the plan issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to enhance product and service quality and effectively promote the national dual carbon goals and high-quality development in conjunction with the actual forest industry, and announced the industry¡¯s demonstration enterprises who practice double carbon goals and the first list of ingenious brands of forest products.
With the theme of ¡°Quality Promotes Development, Service Creates Value¡±, this forum aimed to help enterprises enhance their product and service quality, brand value and core competitiveness, and thus improve the quality f the industry. At the meeting, insiders gathered and shared their ideas on building industry standard system, improving products, upgrading brands, marketing contents, and integrating traditional industries and digital technology. They also discussed hot topics including how to enable high-quality developments for home furnishing enterprises and how to make breakthrough in the era of entire home customization and door-wall-cabinet integration for door enterprise.
